Minimum load to make it worth your while is 38/40 buildings. Please read the following and get back to me if there are any questions you might have.

Specification: 16 x 115 T&G shiplap on 38 x 38 and 38 x 50 framing, all timber KD 12-14%, pre-assembled panels Floor-Roof-Walls, Opening window, fitted lock, All fixtures and assembly instructions included, No roof felt or felt tiles. Apex sheds – dipped brown, summerhouses – not stained.

Terms of delivery: delivered to customer’s address in south east UK, duty or VAT unpaid. Other destinations – at additional transport cost. Customer is responsible for import clearance and discharge at it’s own costs. Size of the lorry 13,5 x 2,4 x 2,7 (m), curtain sides.

Packaging:  Apex sheds are packaged in component packages, one size/type of the panel per pallet, for better stowage on the lorry. All fixture sets and assembly instructions of Apex Sheds stowed in a separate case.

Summerhouses packaged in individual packages, one building on pallet. All packs plastic wrapped.

Price:  including delivery by lorry to customer’s address, no VAT paid. Please require the price confirmation before ordering.

Documentation:  Invoice, International Cargo Waybill and TIR Carnet, EUR1 certificate.

Ordering: wholesale orders only, minimum quantity one lorry load. Order without a seller’s confirmation by fax or without a fixed despatch date is not binding. Suggested load specifications:

 www.sourcingtimber.com charges a small commission on each lorry, we do not take commission from the mills, as we are independent and I like to shout when things are not right!
